Media Policy

To protect the integrity of our series, the experience of our riders, and the value provided to our partners, Gravity Carolinas enforces the following media policy at all race events:

Unauthorized Commercial Photography is Not Allowed

No individual, business, or photographer may capture and sell images or video from any Gravity Carolinas event without prior written permission from Dialed Events LLC. This includes:

• Selling race photos to participants or the public

• Using race media for commercial promotion

• Publishing images featuring Gravity Carolinas branding, event signage, or sponsor logos for profit

Media Access & Credentialing

All photographers and videographers must be approved and credentialed in advance to shoot for commercial or media purposes. Media passes are limited and must be requested ahead of time via email.

Violations

Any unauthorized photo or video sales will be considered a violation of this policy and may result in:

• Removal from the event venue

• A permanent ban from future Gravity Carolinas races

• Reports to hosting platforms for copyright infringement and terms of service violations

Personal Photos Encouraged

Riders and spectators are welcome to take personal photos and videos for social media or non-commercial sharing. We love seeing your content — tag us @gravitycarolinas and use #GravityCarolinas to be featured!
